Svetlana’s dynamic career experience includes R&D, strategy and innovation, and P&L business leadership roles at P&G, BASF, and Pact. She has contributed to global product launches for multibillion-dollar consumer brands and operationalized complex strategic transformations.
Svetlana holds a Ph.D. in materials science and engineering (Drexel U.), a BS/MS in Mechanical Engineering (U. Novi Sad), and a PG Diploma in digital business (Columbia U./MIT Sloan). She advised on SBIR/STTR and Engineering Research Centers programs as a reviewer and panelist for USGS, NIH, and NSF grant proposals. Svetlana served on the Materials Advisory Board at Drexel University, the Board of Trustees for Arts for the Aging, and the Advisory Committee for TechConnect World. Since January 2024, she has been the Vice Chair of the International Coaching Federation Thought Leadership Institute's global Board of Directors.
