Sandra Tibbs is an accomplished leader, corporate trainer, speaker and executive coach who has worked with leaders in Fortune 500 companies. Combining her extensive experience in military intelligence training with an understanding of neuroleadership and organizational leadership, Sandra makes every speaking event, and training session interactive and shares unique and relevant stories with her audience. Born in Peru, Sandra immigrated to the United States when she was 17 years old. Fluent in Spanish and English, she can deliver training programs in either language.

Sandra has over 14 years of leadership experience, to include leading at different levels of an organization. She has led more than 800 military and civilian employees while holding two leadership positions, as well as at the executive level, while serving as an intelligence officer in the United States Air Force (USAF) supporting National Agencies.

As an executive coach, Sandra brings those skills to every training session, speaking event and coaching session, helping leaders move past any blockages they might be currently facing. After obtaining a B.S in Biology, Sandra earned an M.S. in Organizational Leadership and a PhD in Leadership Studies.
