Tara Marcus, a veteran GE Capital alumnus, is a strategic thinker and entrepreneur but it's her facilitation skills that have garnered her accolades.  Thousands of people have been impacted by her practical presentation style – she frequently receives 100% effectiveness ratings from conference attendees.

After spending the formative part of her career in the corporate world, Tara met and married her life and business partner Evan.  Together they founded, DillonMarcus Executive Retreats, a company dedicated to cultivating corporate cultures and unleashing the potential of leaders.  They've spent the last 20 years advising more than 100+ clients on strategy, service, collaboration and leadership. 

Tara was past president of the Philadelphia Chapter of the American Society of Training & Development and a fomer Dale Carnegie instructor.  She also was an adjunct Faculty Member for the Rutgers School of Business MBA. Tara holds a Master's degree in Training and Organizational Development from St. Joseph's University.

A mother of three young boys, Tara spends her free time sledding in the winter and searching for ziplines in the summer.
