Janna is well-known speaker and award winning Executive and Leadership Business Coach who is highly respected by her clients. She has the ability to translate the skills, knowledge, and expertise acquired through 30 years of managing and operating successful businesses into strategies that effectively make a difference in communication, sales, leadership, management, team building, and much more.
As an Author, International Speaker and Workshop Facilitator, Janna shares her real-life experiences from her past and from within the business world of today. Janna's books include: The Family Business: How to be in Business with People you Love, Without Hating Them and The Backpackers Guide to Business Success represents her 30 years of working in and coaching family businesses. In addition, Janna regularly writes for a number of publications on a wide range of business topics and since 2013 has been the host for the radio show "Action in Business'. Janna is in the business of helping people "change the way they think about business!"
Janna enjoys providing her God given talents to her community and has served as the Project Manager for a local church building program, is on the Board of Directors of Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation (JDRF), the Better Business Bureau (BBB) and her Rotary Chapter. She has been an active member in the leadership of a local Boy Scout Troop, and one of the founders of a local Boy Scout Venturing crew. She is involved with Small Business Development Center as a Counselor.
Some of the awards granted to Janna include being part of the top 100 business coaches worldwide through ActionCOACH and the top 10 in North America, Committee Chair of the Year for the local Boy Scout Council, and the top business coach for the local community of Colorado Springs. This is congruent to how she works with all her clients to ensure they think out of the box and learn new ways to grow their businesses.
