EMPLOYMENT February 1996 - Present: Owner/Broker, ACH Consulting LLC, A Real Estate Consulting Company. Also specializing in Real Estate Education and Training, real estate and general mediation, general facilitation, business planning services, and personal "coaching" in real estate. Services to real estate clients includes but is not limited to preparation of market analyses on various properties (residential, commercial and recreational), preparation of marketing information including but not limited to estimates of absorption rates for new projects, type of development that the market needs and wants, pricing; identification of potential property for purchase and lease; analysis of property to be held or property to be sold. Seminars given include but are not limited to pre-licensing, post-licensing and upgrade courses as well as required and elective real estate continuing education in Alaska. Courses are in a "face to face" format as well as correspondence. Continuing education courses cover general topics areas such as commercial, residential, property management, communication, customer service, technology, social media, mediation, lobbying and ethics. Also taught are general adult improvement courses in the areas of mediation, lobbying successfully, customer service, dealing with difficult people, risk management, making technology work for you, and team building. McConnochie also provides education with real estate "train the trainer" programs as well as real estate "course writing" workshops, within Alaska and the Lower 48. These programs train licensees/agents to train in a classroom setting other licensees/agents and to teach the licensees/agents themselves how to write courses from start to finish in the course writing course. All courses are authored, taught, and monitored by McConnochie. Audiences served for general courses have included the University of Alaska Southeast's CPM program and various state and local REALTOR® Boards. PeggyAnn also provided broker and agent/licensee education on behalf of the International Real Property Foundation (IRPF) in the countries of Vietnam, Azerbaijan and Georgia. She has also provided seminars in Manila, Philippines for the AIREEC. McConnochie is also a certified e-PRO Trainer and is certified to teach SRS (Seller Representation Specialist) the premier seller agency (licensee) designation course through CRB (Certified Residential Broker) a designation of the NATIONAL ASSOCIATION OF REALTORS®. Also offered are mediation and business planning services for real estate professionals, as well as success coaching for REALTORS®. McConnochie recently completed working with Pearson Vue to rewrite the state real estate test for Alaska.
