Len Ferman is the author of "Business Creativity and Innovation: Perspectives and Best Practices", the former head of ideation at Bank of America and a World "Joggling" Champion (running while juggling).

Len's program will provide simple steps to improve the customer experience. Len spent 25 years managing innovation at Bank of American and AT&T prior to founding Ferman Innovation, a boutique agency that helps companies generate and evaluate breakthrough growth ideas. He developed the Idea Tournament process to efficiently cultivate and prioritize ideas for development.
Len is also an adjunct professor of management at the University of North Florida, teaching the course he created on business innovation and creativity. And Len is a faculty member of the American Management Association where he teaches Design Thinking and Creative Thinking in Business.
