I've been fascinated with marketing for a very long time. To me marketing and sales have always been connected. David Oglivy said it best when he said "I don't want somebody to see my advertisement and say, it's creative. I want them to see my advertising and be so compelled by it, that they go out and buy the product."
My current work is primarily focused on researching and writing on the many topics of B2B marketing. My main focus is on Demand Generation, and Lead Nurturing. I currently write for ClickZ.com, contribute to multiple blogs, speak at industry events, and am in the process of writing "Marketing Automation for Dummies", which should be available later in 2013.
My passions for marketing don't stop when I leave the office. I'm also the VP of Marketing for a micro brewery in Atlanta. Please feel free to reach out to me to talk about B2B marketing, or craft beer.
