NC, USIn 2012 I learned two things that allowed me to take control of my life - how to win arguments with myself about food & exercise, and how to remember my priorities in the middle of life's whirlwind.
Armed with those little systems, over the next 18 months I proceeded to experience a groudbreaking shift in faith & fortunes. I lost 40 lb and finished a marathon & 4 triathlons, including the 140.6 mile IRONMAN Endurance race. I married the woman of my dreams at Pebble Beach Golf Club with the Pacific Ocean pounding in the background, and bought a house that's way too big for us.
I have been blessed beyond measure with this bit of knowledge and what I feel like is the talent to teach it to others. I want everyone to know what I found, feel what I feel, and experience the same success, or MORE, in their lives.
