Karen Mooney, MBA, ACC is an International Coaching Federation certified coach, trainer and facilitator.  She is a Gallup Certified coach and leverages the Gallup StrengthsFinder assessment to help leaders transform their team's talents into competitive advantage.  She graduated from Texas A&M University with a degree in Construction Management and received her Master of Business Administration from the University of Texas at Tyler. For 20 years she has lead a facilities team at a large healthcare organization in the Texas Medical Center where she was awarded "Best Boss" (2010) and has been a finalist for the institutional mentoring twice. Ms. Mooney's program focuses on women leadership, women in the construction industry and leading change in organizations.
