Lan Bercu is the founder and president of Lead Across Cultures International, an Atlanta, Georgia, based company with a focus on cross-cultural competence and global leadership. As an international speaker and expert in her field, Lan has nearly two decades of experience working with multinational corporations in Asia and North America, among them Intel, Bayer, and Morgan Stanley Smith Barney.
Lan received her MBA from Kennesaw State University.
