Too often women are held back by the negative voice in their head. I know from personal experience how this voice has limited me. Now, after much work, I have an easy-to-use 5-step protocol that gives you the tools you need to deal with this voice. I have a degree in Psychology from the University of California, Berkeley and I've studied The Psychology of Happiness at the University of Pennsylvania. I have also studied with Tara Mohr, author of Playing Big. Harnessing all this information has helped me work with my clients to provide much-needed tools to advance their lives and careers.
