His most recent presentation, entitled Brand Stand 2.0 examines the changing roles of temporary tenancies from Pop-Ups to Retail As A Service (RAAS), through an engaging 'swat audit' of the cultural, marketing and design forces that are behind the trend; along with predictions of what to expect in the future.
In 2014, Sanford launched RETAIL SPEAK™, a LinkedIn platform for sharing ideas on all things retailing. Published by Minneapolis based Beaver's Pond Press, the 328 page tome is part business book, part memoir, and is an in-depth look at 100 years of retailing in America.
