Brian Rollo
PHR
NY, USAudience members often tell me they feel like they've spent the last hour or two talking to a knowledgeable friend who helped them improve while also making them laugh and think deeply.
Here's the "Official" Bio...
Brian spent almost 30 years as a successful corporate difference-maker at a leading financial services company, where he ran the management and career training programs. He is a trusted advisor for leading executives, managers, and high performers who want to overcome the obstacles in their way.
And with 30 years of experience behind him, Brian can tell you that success is not a matter of strength or weakness. It’s about self-awareness and having the humility to evolve. Brian is known as an expert on helping people narrow in on the real problem (it’s often not what they think it is) and smash through barriers.
What most people don’t know about Brian is that he is on a mission to positively impact thousands through his work and business ventures. He runs a high-level coaching and consulting practice. He’s helped leaders in leadership development, culture improvement, and strategic planning. He’s also the author of The 10 Habits of Influential Leaders and the creator and host of the podcast Lead With Impact.
If you want to take your leadership and results to the next level, you should have a conversation with Brian
Here's the "Real" Bio...
My name is Brian Rollo. I’ve felt lost. I’ve struggled to stick up for myself. I’ve felt abandoned and lost.
I’ve also coached clients who were struggling to rebound from addiction, had lost faith in themselves, struggled to set healthy boundaries, and had forgotten just how special they were.
But I’ve also been a leader, coach, and advisor for decades. I’ve faced many challenges (in life and in business), and I’ve coached people through life-changing experiences.
Oh, and I’m an introvert at heart who tends to be quiet and loves to read. Maybe too much - my coach once forbade me from reading any more books until I acted on the ones I had already read. Lesson learned, and one I teach today.
As a lifelong student of human behavior, I have extensively researched this question: What is the key to making good things happen for yourself and others?
Small shifts in perspective make all the difference. A small shift in a thinking pattern can make the whole world look different. You can see open doors where you previously only saw walls.
My presentations are deep and powerful. And I help my audience make the small shifts that create large results.
