IMPACT Leadership was founded by Odell A. Bizzell II. In 2007 Odell was unemployed, deeply indebted, and didn't have a clue as to where his life was going. In June of that year he attended a seminar where he heard a powerful message that inspired him to become a professional speaker. In 2008 Odell started his professional speaking career. Throughout his career Odell has been able to speak to thousands of students, advisors, and others sharing his message of IMPACT.
