"I started to working with college students and speaking on college campuses in 2010. As I did I started to uncover a crisis that no one seems to be talking about. It's that most of today's college students aren't dreaming big.

They're hit by scary headlines about their future... and they're worried. They're already feeling stuck!

If our college students and recent grads aren't dreaming big... then that's a HUGE crisis for our country!

But... if we can help them to dream bigger, think smarter and do more... we can help to unleash the best ideas, the break-through innovations and the globe-changing solutions that I believe this generation has to offer!

When you boil it down, we're working to start a revolution. That's probably the best way to put it. A revolution of freakishly cool young professionals who are doing work that they connect with and believe in. I believe it's possible. I've seen it and I want to see more and more of it happen!"
