Johnny began his real estate career over 20 years ago. Since then he has gained experience and expertise in many facets of the business including residential sales, on-site sales, commercial sales and leasing, and office growth and management. He has been the Director of Sales for many large home builders, brokered 6 offices, and owned 5. Most recently he founded EXIT Extreme Realty in April of 2004. In less than 3 years what began as a 3 man shop grew to 3 successful real estate offices with 250+ REALTORS® consistently closing well over 100 deals a month.

As the leader of such a large brokerage, Johnny discovered his passion for training. He completed the Instructor Training Institute (ITI) curriculum and became an ITI Certified Continuing Education Instructor for the Florida Association of REALTORS® (FAR) in 2007. He currently has two courses approved by FAR. In 2008, he became a Motivational Trainer with EXIT Realty Corp. International and began travelling the country sharing his knowledge and expertise with others. Johnny now works full time mentoring and training REALTORS® and Brokers across North America to be the best in their market by serving their clients with a strong foundation of knowledge and skill.
