
Scott Kiefer
Scott Kiefer is a Vice-President with The Oliver Group and oversees strategic consulting, managing consultants to deliver customized solutions to a wide variety of client needs. Scott consults on executive and management levels to implement the Predictive Index® systems and works with leaders to create performance improvement strategies.
Scott is a speaker and executive advisor with a dynamic, energetic style. He has extensive experience with designing and delivering high-impact solutions that fundamentally change how leaders run their businesses. He is a trusted advisor to CEOs and boards across the country.
Prior to joining The Oliver Group, Scott spent 10 years as an Army officer, including assignments in the Cold War capital of Berlin, where he led Army soldiers as an Infantry Company Commander. He also served as Assistant Professor of Military Science at Western Kentucky University where he evaluated and developed new Army officers. After the military, Scott led business teams at Frito-Lay and ExxonMobil. At ExxonMobil, he led supply chain organization for a world-class supplier of petrochemical products to the automotive industry.
Scott earned his M.B.A. from the University of Louisville and a B.S. in Political Science from James Madison University in Virginia. He is also a graduate of the U.S. Army Ranger School, the most challenging combat leadership course in the military.
