Excellent presentation! Good info, applicable to our needs. I am a faculty member at the school of Dentistry, and am acutely aware of our need for training in this area. I believe we practice many of these ideals but we do not have a good vocabulary to discuss what we do, how we do it, and how we can strengthen these skills. You have given us a great start on a common language. The stories are a perfect vehicle for this topic. I was able to stay with you for the whole presentation as a result of feeling engaged and interested. You made me laugh-you made me cry. What a gift! Thank you for being here!
