In 1999, I started speaking, performing, and writing on the subject of “Confidence Matters” focusing on companies and their adult employees. In 2023, I am still doing that today.. In mid 2020, as Covid was beginning to create chaos and a crisis for your teens and young adults, I saw the impact it was having on their self-confidence, self-worth, and self-beliefs. I knew I could help them. So I completely reinvented my adult focused program to make it relevant for your teens and young adults.
