He is also a Training Partner of MHS (Multihealth Syatems) where he is one of a select group of facilitators worldwide that facilitat certification workshops in the EQ-i 2.0 and 360 emotional intelligence assessment instrument.
As a seasoned coach in emotional intelligence, Dr. Hank helps individuals and organization move from the "knowing to the doing".
Dr. Hank is also the president of the HLC Group a management consulting firm that focus on emotional intelligence and coaching. He has been the leader of this group since 1987.
He is often a presenter at conferences; speaking on a variety topics including emotional intelligence and leadership. He has taught at sever universities and colleges including: University of South Florida, Eckerd College, University of Maryland University College and several CA universities where he taught a variety of courses including: Human Resources Management, Conflict Management, Diversity and Inclusion, Principles of Management, and Organizational Behavior.
He is the author of several books including: Applying Emotional Intelligence, From Mail Room to Board Room and his latest, Could Your Emotional Intelligence Be Holding You Back.
He is also known as "Dr. Hank" as he hosts an internet radio talk show called "Let's Talk EI" that airs the first Monday of each month at Noon EDT.
