He also conducts Train The Trainer workshops and how to deliver a perfect presentation with confidence.
He is the 2015-2016 past-President of the NSA New Mexico Chapter. He is also the 2010 past-President of the Association for Talent Development (ATD) New Mexico Chapter.
Raphael's training and speaking career began in Melbourne, Australia and he loves all things australian, especially Aussie Rules Football (not rugby).
He currently resides in Albuquerque, New Mexico with his wife.
