Coaching business leaders for professional excellence, fun and fulfillment in work and in life.

Kimberly Roush is the Founder of All-Star Executive Coaching, a Professional Certified Coach, and a Certified Co-Active Professional Coach. She is also a Certified Practioner of Neuro-Linguistic Programming.  In addition, she is a professional speaker and facilitator.  She is a former ‘Big 4’ partner having worked in both the financial audit and IT security and controls practices and brings 27 year of business experience to her coaching.  Her experience working with clients and advising C-Level executives and Boards’ of Directors spans from small business executives to those in Global enterprises and from personal and professional development issues to leadership, communications, stress management, personal brand management, teamwork, work-life balance, accounting and auditing issues, IT issues, and quality initiatives.

Kimberly specializes in coaching C-Level and VP level executives, both employed and in transition.  Her coaching arrangements are typically 6 or 12 months in duration and are designed to work toward mutually agreed upon desired outcomes.  The goal is to give the executive ‘sustainable momentum’ in the form of skills, habits, behaviors, tools and techniques that last long beyond the coaching relationship.   All coaching arrangements start with a full all-day on-boarding session designed to delve into where the executive is and what their core values and strengths are that we have to work with, understand and explore what is getting in their way and create the mutually agreed upon desired outcomes.  This creates a solid foundation for the coaching experience and creates focus and accountability throughout the relationship.  Kimberly limits her client load serving no more than 15 executives at a time to ensure availability and high commitment to those she is serving.  She has had her own coaching business for over 5 years and had the privilege of seeing over 100 executives achieve or exceed their goals.

Kimberly has always held a keen interest in the development of people to their highest potential.  She has been actively involved in professional development activities throughout her career.   In addition to her current executive coaching practice, below is a sampling of her relevant experience:
