Lisa Latorcai
Lisa Latorcai is the Principal Consultant and Owner of Amadeus Consulting, a boutique firm that brings her passion for living the best version of yourself, and your company, to life. Lisa is a Facilitator of Behavioural Change and specializes in workforce dynamics.
Her early career experience in Customer Service and Inside Sales, combined with her natural ability to bring out the best in people, led her to a career in Training and Development. Raising her 4 children and then operating a small business, led her to a greater understanding of leadership and the value of being intentional about your culture. She now helps companies develop their Leadership strength and have more impact with their Corporate Culture by focusing on how much their employees and customers can experience it on a daily basis.
Her clients, which include small to medium-sized businesses, corporate departments and an interdepartmental network for future leaders within the Government of Canada, called FLO, have been impressed by her dynamic facilitation style and their results have included acquiring simple decision-making processes to best navigate employee dilemmas, reduced turnover, and overall confidence in Leadership skill and mindset.
Lisa has also spoken at conferences and has founded two successful networking groups of other like-minded consultants. She has earned a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Toronto, Diploma in Adult Education from St Francis Xavier and is certified in Choice Theory Psychology/Reality Therapy (CT/RT) by the William Glasser Institute.
Specialties: In-depth understanding of Human Behaviour.
