I know how hard it can be to grow a business. My first business venture as a realtor began in 1986, and it was a struggle. However, through self-improvement, re-education, and determination, I became one of the most successful realtors in the Richmond, Virginia area.
Following that first business, I went on to manage two multimillion-dollar realtor teams. This success catapulted me into real estate management, where I managed two multimillion-dollar real estate firms with a combined revenue of over 50 million dollars annually.
The desire to help people and companies perform at a high level led me to open Randolph Unlimited, Inc., a professional training company specializing in leadership, teamwork, motivation, communication, and Neuro-Linguistic Programming (using cutting-edge neuroscience insights to increase effectiveness and productivity). Through my own experience and training, I've learned that you can do more, achieve more, and have more by becoming more.
I've trained extensively with the number-one success and business coach in the United States, Anthony Robbins, and have been mentored by world-renowned speaker Les Brown and the 1999 Toastmaster World Champion of Public Speaking, Craig Valentine. Furthermore, I'm a certified trainer of Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) and a World Class Speaking Coach.
Over the past 10 years, I've traveled nationally and internationally teaching individuals how to improve their performance in the workplace. I'm one of the few speakers to give a live presentation at Westminster Hall in London, England.
