During her 10+ year career in Human Resources, working with Fortune 500 companies and educational organizations, she recognized people and teams as key assets in business strategy and growth. JeNeika has an undergraduate degree from Texas College (Tyler, TX). She also has a master’s degree in Human Resources Management from Dallas Baptist University, from where she is completing an MBA in Management.
