Cultivate leadership, reduce conflict and step into difficult conversations by building trust, improving communication and turning accountability into a positive word.

I imagine you want your audience experiencing presenters like this:

"Your presentation on Partnership was the best I have ever seen in person (which includes a couple of TED events)." Bruce Murray OODN

"It just seems so far-fetched, but your attendee evaluations were head and shoulders above the legendary Disney." Amanda Oborne, Executive Director FitLife Club Network

"...and, almost two weeks after the seminar, I'm still receiving compliments about how engaging you were and how the seminar changed our supervisors and managers' leadership approach." Mattison Schilling SPHR, Chairperson Oregon Employers Council-Clackamas County

All it took to have that kind of impact was the courage to become a Heretic.

Most people see heresy as a bad thing, but that's only true if you are a frightened and weakly establish power. In reality Heresy is the root of all leadership because the root of heresy is the act of choice. Leadership can't be auto-pilot, and as a leader you want those on your team to be there by conscious and deliberate choice.

I've spent a lifetime cultivating the abilty to uncover the leader in just about anyone. Leadership isn't a position, it's a behavior, an attitude and an action. That quintessential question of whether leaders are born or made is no mystery at all. Everyone, and I mean EVERYONE was born with the gift of leadership. The problem is that too few have the courage to unwrap the present.

I have achieved almost every dream I set my mind to, from being the first in my family to graduate from college to becoming a VP by 35; from driving across the country which I had wanted to do since I was born, to learning to fly an airplane and sail a boat.

With over 30 years experience in business, my first entrepreneurial adventure was at the age of 16 when I started a real estate photography business. By 35 I was a VP in a software company I joined as the second hire and played an instrumental role in growing from $300,000/yr. to more than $10 Million.

Today I am passionate about developing tomorrow's personal and professional leaders.

I inspire people believe in the power of their own leadership, regardless of their position, to lead themselves and to find the courage to speak truth to power (even if that power is their own inner critic), and to cultivate the strategies to truly be human in a human world; not blind followers, but active leaders of their own life whether they are an executive, middle manager, part-time employee, supervisor, stay at home mom or volunteer. Imagine what will be possible when everyone sees themselves as a leader and steps into that behavior, attitude and action.

Pretty cool, huh?

The 10-Point Leadership Triangle

  • What if you could finish the year exceeding all your goals?
  • What if you could engage your team to perform at record levels?
  • What if you could reach the end of the year feeling the happiest and most successful you have felt in years?

All it takes is Leadership! Leadership can be one of the most difficult skills to cultivate because too many people look for a one-dimensional solution to a three-dimensional problem.

Change! Sometimes it is thrust upon us, and sometimes it is inspired from within. In any case, it is a by-product of leadership, and leadership is not just for CEO's anymore. In fact, while most "leaders" live in the 1st dimension of leadership, real change takes place in the 2nd and 3rd dimensions, and you can only effectively reach them by Navigating the Seven C's of Change.
