Kent Julian
Kent Julian is a lot of things... family man, award-winning and championship swim coach, professional speaker, business owner and proud bald guy.... but this hasn't always the case.
Kent started out as an at-risk kid with severe learning challenges and SATs scores so low that he had to take Development Studies just to get into college—on probation. From these humble beginnings, he went on to graduate with honors in both his BA and MA. He also went on to lead a national youth organization so that he could invest in teenagers who struggled just like he did.
After 20 years in non-profit work, Kent did something crazy... he launched two successful businesses. Through his company Live It Forward, Kent now speaks, writes, and consults high-potential leaders on the mindset and methods of real success. His purpose is to help businesses, organizations and associations move from DREAM to DO in their performance, productivity and profits.
You can find his work online in places like Entrepreneur.com, Success.com, HuffingtonPost.com, GoodMenProject.com and more. To find out more about Kent and his services, visit LIVEITFORWARD.COM or check out his podcast: The Live It Forward Show

Measuring Performance and Productivity with a Better Yardstick

Or the business executive who has more than a dozen direct reports to whom he delegates all the tasks he doesn't want to do. How can their strategies connect with people who have real jobs, real schedules, and...
No Safety. No Business.
Safety is Everyone's Business.
If there is one principle that trumps all others regarding workplace safety, it's E+R=O: Events + RESPONSE = Outcome. While no company or organization can completely control the events that occur at a worksite, they can equip team members to be RESPONSE-able, and by doing so, they positively shape all outcomes.
