Janice is President of the consulting firm,The HR Basics where she strives to assist organizations to strategically align their corporate objectives with their human resource operations, training, and communication systems in order to achieve a different cultural outcome within the organization while developing long term, results based, cost-effective relationships with clients. She achieves this by mentoring and training personnel on human resource services, recruitment and selection methods and leadership development to create the core human resource foundation to carry the organization to the next level of service delivery.
Janice has her degree in Labour Studies from the University of Manitoba, a Certificate in Human Resource Management from Red River College and a Masters degree in Integrated Studies from Athabasca University.
