Billy Moyer has been teaching others about leadership and personal development for 28 years. He went through his first goal setting program at 4-years-old and spoke to his first group at 7. He started SOS Leadership, a leadership development resource center at 21 and wrote the first of 4 books at 22.

Billy has founded or co-founded 10 companies starting with his first, SOS Leadership at 21. Over the past 13 years, SOS Leadership has become a top organizational development consulting firm in Texas. SOS has coaches and trainers throughout the US and in three other countries.

As part of his work with SOS Leadership, Billy has served as the interim CEO or COO of several companies in transition, and has personally trained thousands of leaders. SOS Leadership's core offering is called Chief People Officer where SOS coaches serve as the CPO for companies, handling all of their people development and people operations. The CPO helps shape the culture of organizations.

Billy has spoken all over the world about leadership, collaboration, goal setting, and organizational culture starting at just 7 years old. He educates, motivates and inspires audiences with presentations that he customizes for each event. Most recently, he has been teaming up with his wife, Ashley to speak on collaboration, communication and embracing differences.

Billy wrote his first book, Seeds of Success at 22. Since then, he has written three others including Beware of Alligators and Ugly Stuff (2017), The Turnaround: If You Don't Grow, You Go! (2014) and Retreat to Success: Living Your Life on "Purpose" (2012).

Billy has a Bachelor's from St. Edward's University and is certified in Servant Leadership from Gonzaga University where he completed a Master's in Organizational Leadership. His work has been recognized by the Austin Under 40 Awards, the Austin Young Chamber, Giving City Magazine and the American Red Cross.

Billy lives in an RV in Austin, Texas and sometimes other places around the country with his wife, Ashley Alaniz-Moyer and their son, Lincoln Foles Alaniz-Moyer. He and Ashley make a formidable team of two as they tackle numerous projects together through their company, Bashley Collaborative. They released the I Do, We Do podcast in 2018 where they chat about how they have built an epic partnership even though they are complete opposites. Billy gets the most joy from working to serve the community with Ashley and traveling together in their RV with Lincoln, and of course from speaking to groups like yours!
