She was admitted to the California State Bar in 1996 and worked for Prosecutors Marcia Clark and Christopher Darden on the O.J. Simpson case.
Tracy manages prosecutors and police officers. She has prosecuted cases involving gang violence, domestic violence, sexual assault, drugs and homicide. She is responsible for initiating and leading the Orange County GRIP program, the largest law enforcement lead non-profit partnership in Southern California. Tracy currently leads over 600 people including private business, non-profit agencies, faith- based groups, government agencies and law enforcement officers in California’s leading gang prevention program.
Tracy gives leadership trainings to thousands businesses, management associations, faith-based groups, corporations, teachers, non-profit organizations and women's groups each year.
Tracy is a former adjunct professor at Chapman University and was the recipient of the 2010 Ambassador of Peace Award.
