After resigning from my 20-year sales career, I often heard sales managers and business owners say, "I wish I had a few 'Robin Jay's' on my sales team." That's because I understand the nuts-and-bolts of building productive, profitable, high-yield business relationships. I approach sales opportunities with enthusiasm, knowledge, and confidence.

I'm not an award-winning author & filmmaker, speaker and publisher. I've relied on my sales savvy to become a Business Relationship Expert and have built a speaking career that has landed me on MSNBC and the pages of Newsweek.

My first book is the award-winning, The Art of the Business Lunch ~ Building Relationships Between 12 and 2 (Career Press), now in 12 languages worldwide. My book was inspired by the fact I'd hosted more than 3,000 client lunches and saw my sales increase by more than 2,000%! I discovered that sharing a meal can provide an ideal atmosphere for building dynamic business relationships.

Today, I enjoy helping business professionals and sales teams discover the rewards that come from building solid relationships. I deliver entertaining and engaging programs, offering not just WHY it's essential that professionals focus on their relationships, but I also share techniques for building relationships that will last and continue to pay dividends throughout one's career. I love to empower audiences as well as viewers, and share knowledge as the writer, producer, and costar of the first funny self-help films. My first film, The KEEPER of the KEYS, won the Las Vegas International Film Festival award for Best Independent Film and The INDIE FEST award for Best Documentary. In 2015, I premiered The SECRETS of the KEYS, and in 2019, I released Becoming the Keys
