My name is Howard Crampton, Jr. and I work with a population of men and women as early as their late 20's to late 50's who feel a calling to contribute much more in life, but are uncertain of what "That" is and how or even where to begin.
As we shift paradigms and transition through Elevated States of Consciousness I guide my clients and audiences to develop Leadership qualities by understanding core principles that have been passed on through time, and though expressed in a variety of ways have proven to be effective and results oriented.
I have been practicing Personal Development techniques since 2004 which led me to seek Performance Improvement and eventually Leadership Development.
In 2010 I completed an NLP certification course through Niurka Inc. which is recognized through the American Board of Neurolinguistic Programming and the American Board of Hypnotherapy.
In 2011 I completed my Bachelor of Science in Psychology through University of Phoenix as well as the Robbins-Madanes Coach Training course for certification as a Strategic Interventionist.
September 2010 was my very first presentation at an event in Huntington Beach, CA called Empower Your Life in Every Way held by Kim Somers Egelsee. From here I've been asked to speak for the office of Park Regency in Granda Hills, The Hart Union School district in Santa Clarita, CA, Her Guardian Angel in Huntington Beach, I volunteered for Valley Industry Association in Santa Clarita, and shared the stage with Heisman Trophy winner Charles White of the Los Angeles Rams, as well as many other speaking events.
It is my purpose to work with aspiring leaders to achieve more Elevated States of Consciousness, thus Elevating the Consciousness of the World. Much of my work in found in Dr. David R. Hawkins contributions to the field of Psychology, along with Anthony Robbins, Stephen Covey, Jim Rohn, Dr. Wayne Dyer, and Ernest Holmes.
I am currently developing a longitudinal study and working with experts in the medical and psychological fields to discover more efficient means for helping people to achieve higher states of consciousness.
