I have been empowering people through my trainings, seminars, and public appearances since 1999 with various organizations and projects. I am best known as a social entrepreneur and community leader. My passion to help people achieve their dreams by inspiring them to take action, led me to join the John Maxwell Team as a founding member in 2011.
Prior to joining the team, I invested over a decade in nonprofit sector and in real estate respectively. In addition to the hands on experience of building and leading award-winning nonprofit organizations, I hold a Master's Degree in Nonprofit Administration from University of San Francisco. I also have a Bachelor of Art Degree in Political Science and International Relations from Bogazici University.
During my real estate career, I also served as Keller Williams University approved faculty member and assisted agents in growing their businesses. Recently, I launched my own brokerage and partnered with agents nationwide to serve my clientele. During my personal time, I enjoyed completing Toastmasters International's curriculum as a Distinguished Toastmaster, and successfully competed in many speech contests.
In addition to my continuous professional growth at the John Maxwell Team (I have attended over a dozen live events with John Maxwell himself), I also invest my resources in learning from many influential leaders like Les Brown, Nick Vujicic, Robert Rohm, Paul Scheele, Paul Martinelli, Tony Robbins, and more. I especially am a huge fan of Tony Robbins and the tools he uses to create rapid and lasting breakthroughs. I completed his Unleashing the Power Within (UPW) event several times, as well as his Date with Destiny, Wealth Mastery, and Leadership Academy programs.
I am also a proud mother of four young children and I strive to balance my desire to help people achieve their goals with being the best mom I can be. It is not always easy juggling the list of daily responsibilities. This is why you must have a structured and practical plan in place to avoid becoming overwhelmed and over stressed. I have personally used many different tools to enhance my own productivity, personal development, and decision-making skills to create a more harmonious and fulfilling lifestyle.
