Julianna E. Giordano, PA

Born and raised in Miami, Florida, Julianna is a proud Native Floridian! She has been an Adult Educator/Trainer for nearly 20 years (Retired from John Paul Mitchell Systems as a Senior National Educator in 2004) and got into Real Estate in 2003. She is passionate about staying on the pulse of our Market and Current Changes to Rules/Regulations/Laws that affect our Industry. She carries that over into her relationships with both clients and students by educating them throughout the process while staying by their side at every phase until the very end. She has a strong clerical background and often does private training on how to streamline your business/office thru maximizing your computer’s applications.

She is known by her peers as being one of the most proficiently organized Realtors in town and is passionate about Risk Management protecting all parties involved. Part of her background involved Public Relations, Marketing and Advertising which certainly helps in Real Estate. As an Educator, she ran and assisted with organizing events and corporate training sessions/seminars for up to 3500 attendees. This included break-out sessions for hands-on training as well as one-on-one training. Not to mention the many Charity Events that she has organized and run. She has also been a published columnist for many years once having her own column in a local magazine and newspaper. She still writes for her local board.   Julianna whole-heartedly believes that “Knowledge is power” as well as “Success unshared is failure”; hence why it is so important to share what she knows to help others succeed.
