Over 20 years of instructor experience in military, corporate, and sales - as well as real estate business. 

Jolita "Jo" originally hails from San Diego CA.  Through her twenty year military career, she taught officer and enlisted personnel alike with her teaching culminating in training and lectures for the U.S. Navy Senior Enlisted Academy and Chief of Naval Operations special seminars.

Upon her retirement from the Navy, Jolita worked at International Paper as an executive administrator and eventually worked as safety instructor and web marketing assistant for the global liquid packaging department.  She won an award for a training program she had written to assist in tracking training evolutions and qualifications for sales personnel.

She learned technology through office management operations - setting up networks, troubleshooting computer hardware and software, and web creation.  She worked as technology manager for a global real estate company before earning her license in 2005.

Jolita has served as an instructor for the Florida Association of REALTORS, and taught technology, business, condominium sales and marketing, and risk management throughout the state of Florida.  She consistantly keeps herself current on the real estate business and technology sector through reading and attending training sessions as well.

She currently teaches Florida pre and post licensing for sales associates and brokers, continuing education, law, contracts, and the specific skill sets required for success in business and real estate.
