#1 International Best-Selling Author, Speaker, Educator, & Motivator for young adults and those at every age who are Growing Success; marathon runner, investor, trader & consultant

Larry’s desire to succeed led him to a 22-year career as a Music Entertainment Industry executive for the world’s largest music and publishing company, professional DJ, guest speaker at several major colleges and universities, complete four academic degrees in music and business, become a member of several honorary academic societies, and most recently write his first book, "Growing Success: A Young Adult’s Guide to Achieving Personal and Financial Success." Larry was inspired to write the book that he wished someone had written for him back when he was in high school and college. He structured Growing Success to help give young adults (ages 16 to 25) the needed educational concepts and tools to be successful in all areas of their lives. Since he and many older adults lacked this crucial guidance, he's hoping to break the financial illiteracy cycle by helping young adults become amongst the fortunate 10% of the population to learn solid financial habits and envision concrete personal goals in order to grow their future success.

As a dynamic speaker who understands what it takes to reach this particular audience, Larry generously shares several of his personal life lessons and principles that he has painstakingly learned through his own accomplishments and failures in his career, relationships and in business to inspire today’s young adults to achieve the success they desire and enable them to pursue all of their goals on their own terms from an early age and beyond.

Larry became a #1 International Best Selling author in 2013 with his contribution to the award winning book Ready, Aim, Captivate!: Put Magic in Your Message, and a Fortune in Your Future. He was honored to be included as a contributing author alongside Deepak Chopra, Jim Stovall, and several other impressive authors and coaches as they shared their messages of inspiration and success.
