Kirsten is CEO of Focus Forward Coaching, LLC, a leading coaching and culture correction firm. Her education and experience includes a Master's Degree in Human Resource Management, Senior Human Resource Certification, the Coach Training Alliance curriculum and more than 20 years of hands-on Human Resource.
She has authored two leadership books "Defeat the Drama" and "From People Problems to Productivity". She has also been featured as an expert for media such as: NBC Nightly News, Fox 2 News, National Public Radio and for publications such as Entrepreneur Magazine, Working Mother Magazine and Fitness Magazine.
Kirsten was also a single mom for 8 years and now shares her story of triumph over the self esteem sucking experience of an abusive marriage and seeks to empower single moms everywhere! She injects personal stories that encourage single moms to focus on what's most important and set realistic expectations aligned with the core family vision. She also equips them with many practical tips to help them find more joy during their single mom journey.
