The presentation materials supported engagement, and I personally enjoyed the book recommendations and specific examples of applying the knowledge she shared! My lightbulb moment was that focusing on my habits defines who I am. I have been in a pruning season of life, which is terribly uncomfortable but extremely rewarding, and this helped me to realize the pivotal role creating new habits has played. The thing that stood out most during our experience with Nicole was her genuine effort to understand our roles as nursing administrators. I enjoyed this training more so than most others I’ve attended. Nicole's method of delivering the information is great; serious but at the same time, light hearted and fun, so it easily kept my attention without boring me. The presentation went well and the materials were short but detailed. I think that altogether, for me, this was a better approach to building a business culture than anything else I’ve seen. I am generally a shy person and never really divulge in hard to talk about personal matters, but Nicole has this way of communicating to you that you buy-in, open up, and share with a large group. I was very uncomfortable but managed to do it, as with everybody else in the group, and this wet the tone and togetherness of the group from the get-go. So for the rest of the week there was max effort from the whole group to put in and get the most out of the course. As I am currently transitioning to become a leader as we speak, I took away a lot of techniques but more specifically using and being part of the DiSC exercise this has helped me to identify how I should approach different personality types within my team.

Nicole’s presentation style is energetic, comfortable, and familiar while also being the utmost professional. She is engaging while she is kindly challenging us to stretch outside of our comfort zones and consider putting what we are learning into action. The material for the for the four elements, relating to one's preferred way to relate and how others with different primary elements perceive us, is simple and valuable material for everyday life. I learned that I have a combination of two elements and that my weakest element may be where my growing edge is. I highly recommend Nicole Greer for ANY presentation she offers.

My experience at the Vibrant Coaching Toolbox Leadership Workshop was excellent. Our facilitator, Nicole, did a tremendous job teaching the materials and keeping everyone involved and the course was very interactive. My takeaway from the class was learning to not create a “story” prior to speaking with the person regarding a situation. Within my role, the items I learned during this course will greatly impact my position in a positive way and help me continue to become a better leader within my company.

The quality of the presentation and material was great; everything was in terms that was relatable and understandable. Nicole was very energetic and informative to keep you engaged throughout the session. The information given was very helpful. It was difficult to see her written notes on the easel due to the size of the room, but this was not her fault. I learned better ways to ask questions to learn about employees’ goals, then a technique to help guide them there without telling them what to do, but helping them to figure it out.

Nicole was very energetic and engaging throughout every presentation. She left her mark after each class to give much thought about what was learned each day. Her presentation was always well crafted, and she always included great learning exercises for the whole class to participate in. One great thing I learned not only about myself was to not only look inward as to how others perceive me, but to look and adjust to other people's behaviors and characteristics that make each person unique.

Mrs. Greer always provides my Law Enforcement Management Academy officers with fantastic training.
