Trisha received her SPHR (Senior Professional in Human Resources) in 2005 and Certified Mediator status in May 2011. Trisha is the Past President of the San Diego Chapter of the Society of Human Resource Management (SHRM), the Southern California District Director V for California-SHRM, and the former Chair of the National SHRM Conference in 2010, attended by more than 15,000 human resource professionals. Trisha currently is the SHRM California Membership Chair.
