A passionate people motivator!

Born and raised in Lehurutshe, Zeerust in the North West Province of South Africa, Olefile has braved a lot of challenges such as molestation and poverty to become the country's most passionate and energetic youth enthusiasts and speaker.

As a speaker Olefile has a dynamic stage presence and the ability to connect with all types audiences big or small. His experience with people becomes evident in the way he is able to relate with people. As Olefile would say that this ability would not have been possible had not been for organisations like Youth For  Christ, The Salvation Army, Young & Able and Heartlines.

His passion for the arts and worship has been evident in his work with Khanyisa International Music Ministry where he was a part of the front line singers and dancers taking the message of Reconciliation and Hope to audiences in the USA as well as Slovakia in 2001. He has worked with renowned worship leaders like Graham Kendrick, Trevor Sampson and Glen Robertson.

Olefile is currently working with Young & Able as a consultant and implementing various initiatives on behalf of Heartlines, a Mass Media Project. This has led to other excellent initiatives like the Heartlines Youth Mentors initiative that encourages and support ordinary South Africans to mentor young people for good. Another equally exciting initiative of Young & Able is a partnership with a Scottish Youth Leadership Development Centre called Columba1400 that has enabled Young & Able to run successful school leadership academies for disadvantaged schools in townships and rural communities.
