He lives and breathes diversity and relates exceptionally well to people from diverse backgrounds. His personal story is a shining example of how one can overcome very difficult circumstances.
Quinton is the CEO at Young & Able and Programme Head and Integrator for the Spirit of Youth Programme at the Gordon Institute of Business Science. He is also a lead Facilitator at Columba Leadership, and for the past 5 years has been involved with Heartlines, (a Mass Media Initiative that promotes good values through media and social action). Quinton is one of only 6 people in South Africa that is credited to do work with The Cultural Intelligence Center.
Quinton is able to do work on a range of topics such as Diversity, Leadership Development, Mentoring, Values, Cultural Intelligence, Dialogue, Scenario Planning, Youth, Social Cohesion and Team Building. Quinton is best known for the use of stories, humor, multi-media presentations and authenticity.
His hobbies include playing squash, going to the movies, cooking, reading, and recently has taken up birding. Quinton is married to one wife Tamsyn, and has two children Jenna 6 and Connor 5.
