In addition to her one-to-one and team coaching, she also consults to organisations with regards to doing PNI diagnostics, change management, facilitating and benchmarking.

Dina qualified in 2003 as a NLP Master Practitioner.  In 2007 she was accredited by the International Society of Neuro-Semantics as an Associated Certified Meta-Coach (ACMC) and revisited the training in 2011. Other courses include Accessing Personal Genius and Self-Actualization. She recently qualified as a PNI facilitator. She holds a membership with COMENSA (Coaches and Mentors of SA).

Dina started her speaking career in 2003 and has been coaching, training and speaking ever since. She is a member of PSASA.
Dina is also the founder and creator of CoachingSelf.com, an online self help coaching system. She utilises CoachingSelf.com as part of her coaching offering where her coachees gain access to use the system in conjunction with their coaching program.

She wrote a Life Coaching Diary 2009 and she writes the Self Coach column for Longevity Magazine.

Her earlier background is in Information Technology and started at Infoplan (now SITA) where she was trained and qualified by them as a Computer Programmer. Subsequently she qualified as a Systems Analyst, Systems and Database Designer, Business Analyst and Project Manager. She then joined Data Trust, later known as QData and consulted at various clients. In 2000 she managed a consulting company until 2003 when she changed careers to coaching.
