Stewart Liff
Stewart Liff is a dynamic, enthusiastic, innovative and entertaining speaker, who always leaves his audiences asking for more. An award-winning former government leader, a classically trained fine artist, the author of seven books and a columnist for Government Executive, he has given many speeches around the world (e.g. he gave keynote speeches at the Government HR Summit in Abu Dhabi and at the Marriot School of Business International Conference in Utah) on such topics as:
1) visual management,
2) building teams of leaders, and
3) improving the performance of government and its employees.
Offices that he led received many awards during his government career, including VA's New York Regional Office, which received the first Hammer Award from Vice President Al Gore for reinventing government and VA's Los Angeles Regional Office, which received OPM's highest performance award for his innovative "Visuals for Veterans" program.
Mr. Liffis is also an exceptional motivational speaker. For example, he recently gave a motivational speech to the University of Southern California. Here is an example of the reaction to that speech:
"Stew...I watched the video this morning. It is unbelievably honest and moving. I think anyone who was in the audience that day—or anyone who watches it online as I did—will benefit greatly from your experiences and your outlook on life. It is truly remarkable, and, in its understated way, ranks with the greatest motivational speeches I have ever heard or watched. I hope you have the opportunity to give this talk again and again—and that you have the courage and strength to continue to do so!" – E.C.
That speech was so well received that the following day USC asked Liff to save the date (April 29, 2019) to speak at their highly prestigious annual Choi Family Gala.
