Leigh Tracy is a Senior Manager specializing in Business Management,
Human Resources, Management Coaching and Employee & Management
training with extensive corporate and international experience in oil and gas and transportation industries.
Leigh has International work experience in Papua New Guinea, Argentina, Germany, Puerto Rico, Oman, Kazakhstan, Canada, The United States and Iraq.
He has over 30 years experience working with major multi-national companies. Leigh has taken a variety of advanced programs, including: "Human Synergistics Trainer" from Human Synergistics International; Industrial Relations and Negotiating, from Queens University, Kingston Ontario; "Team Effectiveness and Facilitator Training", and "Integrated Quality Management & Statistical Process Control", both from the Service and Administrative Institute of Florida.
Leigh arrived in Papua New Guinea in October of 2006 and was one of the driving forces behind the growth of a start-up Drilling Company known as High Arctic Energy Services PNG Ltd. Within 16 months, HAES PNG Ltd (A subsidiary of HAES LLC a Canadian Company) had grown from two persons to having an office support staff of over 27 PNG Nationals and field staff consisting of over 150 PNG Nationals and 65 Expatriates. And on May 1st 2008, Leigh joined another Canadian start-up company LNG ENERGY (PNG) LTD which specializes in Oil and Gas Exploration.
Leigh has developed and delivered training in the following areas: Business Process Improvement Workshops (Quality Initiatives); Changing the Company Culture; Branch Operations Process Improvement Workshop; Team Leader and Facilitator Training; Team Working Skills; Conflict Resolution; Working Together (Dealing With Cultural Issues); Peer and Supervisor Appraisals; Effective Communication Skills; Effective Performance Reviews (Performance Managing); Team Leadership Workshops; Presentation Skills; Train-The-Trainer; Customer Service; Personal Anger Management; Effective Meetings; Effective Delegation. With over 4,500 hours of "in front of the group" training he is comfortable in all settings.

Leigh has also consulted as well as initiating and managing international human resources functions in Canadian and International Drilling companies. He has over 30 years international experience in developing expatriate policies and programs to effectively manage expatriate and national employees, including developing expatriate compensation plans, nationalization programs, cross-cultural training programs and staffing plans.
He has International work experience in Papua New Guinea, Great Britain, Argentina, Germany, Puerto Rico, Oman, Kazakhstan, Pakistan, Canada, Azerbaijan, Oman, Dubai, Thailand, Bangladesh as well as The United States and almost two years in Iraq.
