A conversation that would change Rob Quillen's life forever.

About Rob Quillen

Rob Quillen is an internationally known public speaker and a multi-award winning best selling author.  His speech will fill you with emotion, capture you, motivate you and make you realize that you have an amazing power to change another person's life  - today. Rob will share with you how a random meeting with a perfect stranger the day before 9.11 changed his life and how it will forever change yours.

On September 10th, 2001, Rob Quillen was on a flight into the New York

City area sitting next to a perfect stranger.  The two strangers

struck up a conversation.  A conversation that would change Rob's life forever.

The two of them spoke about careers, marriage, kids and dreams.  At

one point in the conversation, the stranger sitting next to Rob told

him a dream that he and his 15 year old son had together. They

exchanged business cards and agreed to keep in touch.

The next day, September 11th, 2001 changed everything for Rob and his

new friend. The person sitting next to Rob was Captain Jason Dahl, a

pilot for United Airlines.  He was the pilot of Flight 93 that crashed

into the field in Pennsylvania during the attacks on America. Even

though the tragic events of 9/11 took Rob's new friend from him, Rob

did not forget the dream that Captain Dahl told him. With much

determination, Rob was able to make Captain Dahl's dream for Jason's

15 year old son come true only nineteen days after his death.

In Rob's presentation, he shares with us the amazing power each of us

has inside. His remarkable story will demonstrate the impact that you

can have on others and how you can change your life and the lives of others.

Rob has appeared on NBC's The Today Show, The evening news with Tom

Brokaw, ESPN and several times on NASCAR.com. Over the last 8 years

Rob Quillen has been traveling around the United States telling his

inspirational 9.11 story.  Now you also can read about his touching

story and life lessons in his new book "Why Wait?".
