Managing Change

Being in the World Trade Center on 9/11 changed my life forever. You don't need to go through what I went through in order to change.
Change should come slowly. Give yourself time to adjust to a new normal. Quick changes don't last.
It's all about perspective - make the most out of your circumstances.
You can only control your own actions. Focus on the positive. Most important - Start Now.
