Sharon Tregoning
Sharon Tregoning is the Non Woo Woo Medium & through her business, Heart Space Inspired, she connects to your angels & loved ones through love and empowers you to live your life in peace & contentment.
The Non Woo Woo bit means that she is not way out there with the Woo Woo stuff. She can't stand tofu, enjoys meat, watches the occaisional trashy TV, give her statistics to play with & she is in heaven & she does occasionally enjoy fast food.
Sharon was not raised in a spiritual environment, but brought up in a traditional Christian church. Working over 12 years in a corporate environment gave her an insight into people & business, prior to making a tree change with her husband to own & run a luxury B&B in Victoria's Yarra Valley Wine Region.
The next move was a sea change to Queensland's Sunshine Coast where she started becoming aware of & developing her spiritual gifts.
Due to family history of breast cancer, she had her breasts removed & reconstructed to reduce her risk. This resulted in the book "Accepting With Grace - Mastectomy & Reconstruction, My Choice before Breast Cancer" which has been instrumental in helping countless women decide what is the right path for them in terms of preventative & reconstructive breast surgery. It was also the catalyst for the creation of the charity breastANGELS, which is now no longer operating as it's focus was taken up by a much larger organisation with greater resources.
Sharon's spiritual awakening came as a surprise, but is a journey she is thoroughly enjoying. It came about by following her intuition & later the guidance she receives from her angels & loved ones in spirit. The start of this journey is chronicled in the soon to be released book "Awakening with Grace".
Having experienced depression for a large part of her life & now taking control of her life, she is very passionate about assisting others to empower their own lives & doing that through Consciousness, Authenticity, Responsibility & Gratitude.
Sharon's very down to earth & compassionate nature ensures that her clients are fully cared for through the process of a reading & as a counsellor she ensures that they don't leave in a worse state than when they began.
Sharon is a dynamic & engaging speaker who truly connects with her audience - and there is always humour thrown in for good measure.
