Over the past 24 years Paul Mitchell has been the driving force behind the human enterprise, specialising in the delivery of leadership development programmes, leadership coaching and facilitation services that have helped transform organisational cultures into truly ‘human enterprises'.
Paul's work with the human enterprise has seen him become one of the most engaging and sought after consultants in the Asia Pacifi c region as well as a mentor and trusted advisor to some of its most senior leaders.

Paul has a Bachelor of Social Science, Masters in Psychology, a Diploma in both Education and Hypnotherapy, is a registered Psychologist, a member of the College of Organisational Psychology and a founding member of The Interest Group in Coaching Psychology.
He is also a Director of Inspire Australia, a promotional products company, and manages a small property portfolio.
PERSONAL PASSIONS
Paul enjoys family, golf, rugby union, snow-skiing, surfi ng, great music, piano, guitar, theatre and "the psychology of selves".
