Robert is the creator of the Excellent Decisions leadership approach and the author of "Living a Values Based Life" and the "Manifesting for Non-Gurus" book and partner journal. Robert has been speaking professionally for more than 25 years for corporate, educational, athletic and non-profit clients. He is the former Director of Training for the Canfield Training Group, having worked directly with Jack Canfield, (co-creator of the Chicken Soup for the Soul book series and author of The Success Principles). He is a Founding Member and former Executive Director of the Transformational Leadership Council, and a co-founder of the Southern California Association of Transformational Leaders.
