MD, USI am a coach, speaker, strategist, and author who serves women leaders by helping them to identify processes, create systems and implement tools that will help them work and live optimally.
My personal mission to "Live a Life Worth Imitating". In an attempt to fulfill this mission within my own life, I have become a perpetual student of personal and professional development. I found that more I learned and implemented, the more I wanted to learn and then share. As a speaker and trainer, I am able to share my experiences and expertise with others and to partner with them to co-create ways to do things optimally. I view my role as a business researcher who goes out and mines through and evaluates many different tools, techniques, angles and perceptions and then I bring that arsenal to my clients and audiences and together we design the "right-sized" solution for them.
I have earned my Bachelor's of Science in International Finance from Morgan State University ; Masters of Business Administration with a concentration in Management Information Systems from Morgan State University; Series 7, 66, and 63; Maryland State Life and Health Insurance License; Compass Certified Coaching Certificate; Dream Mentors Christian Life Transformational Coaching Certificate and Training Certificate; and Washington Bible College Christian Leadership Certificate. By the way of experiential education, I have acquired the skills of life balance, personal effectiveness and productivity; self-motivation and purposeful living through my 10 years in Corporate America and 7 years as a Business Owner.
This combination of education and experiences enable me to interact on diverse topics of interest to women business owners, through various deliver methods. I strive to make every experience that I have with others memorable. I work to lead others towards their 'Defining Moments'....those moments where they define and make concrete the abstract visions of the minds and souls. I then provide practical and applicable solutions to activate those visions. Clients and audiences have stated that they were engaged and inspired with " her content relevance, practical application and total transparency."
